So Kira had been having a pretty awesome day at this point. She had already gotten her signings out of the way, played an awesome set in the evening, and was cleaning herself up to go see one of her really good friends. Kira hadn't been spending much time on her bus as of late, mostly because she still felt a bit out of place with them. Sure they were great to her, took her in just as if she were one of their own, but Kira still hadn't connected with them as closely as she hoped. Harvey and her still seemed a bit rocky, and it bothered her enough that she made it a habit to be gone before her lead singer got back. Kira shook the thought as she finished straightening her sleek blond hair. Though her attention was soon diverted to her cell phone that had begun buzzing and moving across the counter, she smiled and picked it up. "Hey dad." she said happily, setting her straightener in the sink and picking up her mascara. "Yeah schools great, learning lots." she lied through her teeth effortlessly. "Well I'm doing well in my management and marketing classes, but ugh.. accounting is not my thing." she said with a small laugh. "Hows the tour going?" Kira asked knowing her dad was currently doing a European Tour. "No way, are you fucking kidding me, and I missed it, I've always wanted to meet him.
"This is some bullshit." Kira muttered placing her mascara back in her bag. She grabbed out her perfume and sprayed it on as she listened to her father tell her a story, and ask her what she planned on doing on her spring break. "Well I was thinking about coming back to the states for a bit, but don't tell mom I don't really want to go back to New York for my break, I was thinking about staying with Evie in Cali." she said a questioning tone to her voice. She smiled at her dads response. "Yeah, I know I'm adult now, I was just letting you know. Mom still acts like she can dictate my life.. yeah dad, I know she just wants whats best for me, but its so god damn old." she said some irritation forming in her voice. "Look dad, I got to go, I have dinner plans." Kira said making up a reason to get off the phone. "Yes with a boy, now I have to go, I love you... " she said warmly. "By dad" came a sarcastic tone when he continued to try and question her.
Kira shoved her phone into the back pocket of her jeans before collecting her things and heading off the tour bus. She walked quickly to Diego's bus not really wanting to get stopped by any body. She missed her boys after all, and they were by far the best company she had found on this tour. Kira had debated several times if she would be willingly to sell her soul to the devil to have them as her band mates. With a laugh at the thought she knocked on his tour bus door before opening it and walking inside. She spotted Diego walking towards his bunk, and ran up behind him semi tackling him in a hug. "I missed you Di." she said happily, even though it had only been a couple days since she had seen him last. She released him from the hug smiling. "So I think my parents still think I'm in school in Norway.." she said with a laugh as her eyes scanned his handsome features..

nothing is going how i've planned the first thought that crawled it's way into diego's head upon awakening was that he felt like crap. and not just because his head was pounding painfully. his conversations with nevada recently had taken its toll on his usually rather happy go lucky demeanor, and he just felt bitter. he wasn't good with talking about feelings at the best of times, and now he just wanted to close up completely and avoid talking about anything personal at all costs. he just wished it wasn't so difficult sometimes, but he was also aware that nevada was right. they did need to talk, but diego wasn't in a rush to get it over and done with. he wasn't going anywhere and neither was she, so diego just assumed it would happen when it did. there was no need to hurry it along.
of course, there were other complications too. diego didn't like to dwell on them, but they were there. the fact that nevada's anorexia still seemed to be a huge problem on her end, and his stubbornness towards their entire relationship were only two of the many diego had noticed. but whatever. he wasn't going to spend his entire day moping around the bus about nothing. he was determined to enjoy this tour for what it was, with or without the ever present thoughts of his ex girlfriend. but first, he needed some jack.
managing to make it to his feet, diego closed his eyes, willing the hangover to go away. of course, it didn't work, so he began walking over to the kitchen, where he'd left his bottle the night before. he wasn't surprised to see the huge dent he'd made in the whiskey, but it made him groan out loud all the same. he'd been told before to slow down his drinking, but the advice never stuck. that was because more often than not, diego felt like he needed the alcohol in his system. especially when things were more stressful than usual.
he wasn't shocked to notice the bus was empty, in fact, diego was actually rather glad. he didn't want anyone to see him hitting the jack at what must have been still the morning. he began to move back to his bunk, bottle of whiskey in hand, and oblivious to the sound of the bus door opening behind him. before he knew it, someone slammed into his back, their arms wrapping around him tightly. diego's first thought was that it must have been either tony or dora mucking around, but when the voice cried out in greeting, diego knew it couldn't be either of them. dora might have looked like a girl, but he didn't sound like one ninety percent of the time.
even so, diego hadn't been much of a hugger, so he untangled himself carefully from kira's arms, turning around as he did so. he couldn't help but give her a wry smile as she mentioned the fact her parents thought she was norway. truthfully, he had no idea why she was under her parents thumb, kira only being a couple of years younger than him, but he bit his tongue to prevent himself from making some smart comment. he just wasn't in the mood. "do they now?" he asked, arching an eyebrow as he looked at her. how could her parents not realize kira had joined a band? surely there had been news articles and the like about succubus' line up changes. shaking his head, diego held up the bottle of jack. "you're just in time to help me nurse my hangover." he told her, before sitting back down on the edge of the bunk. miraculously, he managed to not hit his head, which being tall, diego had done more times than he could count. 631. kira. sorry for rubbish

Kira smirked as he escaped her hug, and turned around to face her. Kira was pretty oblivious to him not liking hugs, as well as a lot of other things. She just offered him a nod, and an excited smile when he fed into her comment about her parents. Kira really didn't share that side of her life with her three favorite amigos, Julian, Tony or Diego. Not that she wasn't proud of her pedigree, but because they seemed to like her just for her. Kira enjoyed that feeling, and wasn't about to blurt out a bit of information that might change that. "Yeah, and if they know the truth, their definitely not letting on that they know. Trust me, if my mom had any inclination that I was here, she would come storming across this tour like a bat out of hell until she got a hold of me.... she doesn't like it when I lie." Kira said laughing at the thought. Her mom was definitely one tough cookie, but when you had to run you own business and deal with immaturity on a daily basis you had to have a tough skin.
"Oh am I?" she said in a teasing tone. "I think we are both curing a hangover, I don't know how Tony's Spanish lesson ended in blackout drunk, but it did.." she said with a laugh as she followed him back to his bunk. "See, look what I remember learning." she said like an excited little kid. "hola como estas?" she said happily. Kira was pretty sound on her greeting it was the questions past that she struggled with. She wasn't sure if it was because they had only worked on her Spanish for an hour, or if the shots had caught up on her before she could learn more. Kira sat down on the bunk beside him before flopping onto her back and staring at the top of the bunk, "Tony's pretty pissed you know?" Kira said as she pretended to look at her nails, as if her comment was nothing too alarming. "She really hurt him with that trap of hers..." she said her eyes leaving her manicured nails and looking over at Diego. "Not to mention it getting out on the blog, well that was just childish and mean." she said her voice becoming slightly more irritating.
Kira was protective of all three of them, however she held a special place for Tony. Tony was the closest thing she had ever had to a true friend. Kira was very good at being very superficial, but getting to know her on a deep, true and honest level was a difficult feet. So when it came to letting someone really know her she became very defensive of them as well. "You should really do something about that Diego..." she mentioned before dropping the serious tone and regaining her superficial childish demeanor once more. "So, are we just drinking, or can we play some sort of game?" she said with a smile, as she sat back up and bumped his shoulder playfully.
